The Vital Care Box is $240, plus shipping. A required assessment for non-Concierge patients is $290 that is valid for 6 months. Concierge Patients: If you’re part of our Concierge plan, you only pay for the Vital Care Box itself—$240, plus one of the shipping options above. Select the ivermectin dose, desired shipping speed, and Concierge patient.
Non-Concierge Patients: For new patients not enrolled in our Concierge plan, a one-time assessment with one of our nurses is required to prescribe the medications included in the Vital Care Box. The assessment is $290, valid for six months, in addition to the $240 cost of the box. If you’d like to join our Concierge plan, simply proceed with your purchase of the box and assessment, and let your clinician know during the scheduled call. We’ll refund your assessment fee if you sign up on the same day.
Step 1: Place Your Order
For those that are not part of Concierge, when you purchase the Vital Care Box, our team will use the contact information you provide at checkout to reach out within 1-2 business days and schedule your 20-minute assessment.
Step 2: Assessment Call
During the call, we’ll review your medical history, allergies, and health needs to ensure the Vital Care Box is safe and tailored for you. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll process your payment for the box.
Step 3: Delivery
After payment is processed, your Vital Care Box will be delivered at the shipping speed you selected above or prepared for pick-up.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
Within the 6 months of your assesment call, you can purchase the Vital Care Box or medications without needing another assesment or paying the $290 fee.
Important Note: If we are unable to contact you within 5 business days of your order to get your assessment scheduled, your order will be canceled, and no payment will be processed.
