Shipping Policy
What’s the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order on the Orders page in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for the latest updates to appear. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. If you have any questions, email us at shop@jamesclinic.com.
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders placed on our website cannot be modified, including changes to the shipping address or payment information. Be sure to double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Once your order is placed, we’re unable to update the shipping address. If your order is returned to us, we’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund. Please note we’re not able to refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the original address provided.
How do I cancel my order?
At this time, we’re not able to cancel orders once they’re placed. Please review your details carefully before finalizing your order.
Can I return a product?
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we don’t accept returns, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, email us at shop@jamesclinic.com and we’ll work together to make it right.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased in our online store. They’re sent directly to the email address provided, along with a digital code. Gift cards can be used for both in-clinic and online purchases and expire one year from purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We’re not able to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the continental United States. At this time, we’re not able to ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses outside of the continental U.S. We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged by freight forwarding locations.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We ship with USPS and UPS.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $99 USD ship free within the United States. Orders under $99 USD have a standard shipping fee of $8.40. Expedited shipping is available for $25.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on availability and credit card authorization. After processing, your order will ship at the speed you selected during checkout. Please note we don’t ship on weekends or major holidays, and shipping timelines may be affected by the carrier.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, tracking information will be sent to you by email or text message. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
