How can I modify my subscription?
To log in, select Account from the top right menu on desktop, or from the hamburger menu on mobile. Once on your profile page, go to Manage Subscriptions (top header on desktop or hamburger menu on mobile) to manage your settings. Alternatively, click here to login and view and manage your subscription(s).
What if I have too many supplements and need time to catch up?
Log in to your account using the steps above to view your subscriptions. On the subscription page, you can pause, cancel, skip your next order, or remove products. You’ll also receive an email 3 days before each order as a reminder to make any changes.
Will I get notified before a subscription is going to be filled?
Yes. You’ll receive email reminders 1 day and 3 days before your order ships so you can make any changes.
How do I update my billing or shipping information?
Log in to your account and open your subscription. You can update your shipping by clicking Edit in the Shipping section, and change your payment method by scrolling to the Payment Method section and selecting Request email to update payment method. A secure link will be sent to your email to complete the update.
Can I add or remove items from my subscription?
Yes. Log in to your account and open your subscription. Next to Items, click Edit to add new products or remove items from your order. Your subscription will update automatically for your next shipment.
What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
If your payment method is declined, you’ll receive an email notification so you can update your payment information. Your subscription will pause until your payment details are updated. After three failed attempts, the subscription will automatically cancel.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Log in to your account and open your subscription. At the top right of the page, you’ll see options to Pause my subscription or Cancel my subscription. Select the option you prefer, and your subscription will update immediately.
